KNPP procurement is based on the principles of transparency, competition and compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All procedures comply with the standards of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

All procurement procedures are conducted openly and must be published on the Samruk-Kazyna JSC portal.

Equal access for all potential suppliers that meet the qualification requirements.

KNPP actively supports Kazakhstani content in procurement. We help develop domestic suppliers and involve small and medium-sized businesses of Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstani content

Requirements for the share of local suppliers are set in accordance with Kazakh law. Other things being equal, priority is given to domestic producers of goods and services.

SME support

Small and medium-sized businesses of Kazakhstan get additional opportunities to take part in KNPP procurement.

Technology transfer

Cooperation with foreign partners includes the transfer of competences and technologies to the Kazakhstani side.
